Today is an incredibly special day, as The True Gem Company turns five years old! And although it’s our birthday, the gifts are for you! We wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of our True Gem Community, and now that we have been established for five years, we felt it was the perfect time to roll out two new programs dedicated to connecting with and caring for the community that has gotten us this far.
We are deeply grateful that our clients have chosen The True Gem for such important purchases, and we want to ensure your jewelry can be enjoyed for a lifetime. Before today The True Gem offered aLimited Lifetime Warranty that has covered any issues related to manufacturing defects. However, normal wear-and-tear is a part of wearing and enjoying fine jewelry on an ongoing daily basis and we want to raise the industry standard on long-term care of these precious sparklers. We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Montage to launch TheTrue Gem Care Plan that is designed to offer extensive coverage beyond our current manufacturer's defect in an effort to give our community support and peace of mind for years to come!
Furthermore, we want our TG Community to be fully equipped with all information necessary to make coverage decisions that fit you best! While TTG has you covered on manufacturing defects and beyond with our new TTG Care Plan, we also want you to have the option to cover your pieces against loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance. Our partners atJewelers Mutual specialize in supporting you in these exact situations. In these instances, you will need insurance through any third-party organization which offers this coverage. Many clients opt to get their jewelry insured through their homeowner’s or renters’ insurance policies to cover the loss of their jewelry. These policies’ coverages vary depending on variables discussed at the time of your enrollment with your insurer. Before going the route of insuring your jewelry through homeowners’ or renters’ policies we encourage you to talk with your agent to validate what is or isn’t covered.
We recommend Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance as a provider for replacement coverage on all your jewelry. We have worked with Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance for many years and have been satisfied with their claims & replacement process. You can get a live quote for your annual premium directly from their website.
Finally, to give back to our community and connect with you all in more tangible ways than before, we are also launching aTrue Gem Membership. This will give our current and prospective clients the opportunity to receive and gather points through social media actions, purchases, and TG community engagement and allow them to redeem those points for perks like free expedited shipping, dollars off, or even free products. Our new membership consists of three tiers, with each tier offering additional benefits.
To celebrate True Gem’s 5th birthday and the launch of these two new programs, we want to ensure our community is receiving something in return for their continued support! Starting today and lasting through October 22nd, all members will receive double points on their purchases!
