We are excited to announce that The True Gem has partnered with Global-E to provide our international clients with a more seamless shopping experience! We are always listening to our True Gem Community and are grateful for their continued feedback and suggestions. It is deeply important to our team that we understand the needs of our clients all over the world so we can continuously expand our services to meet them.

With this in mind, we are now offering additional options for taxes, duties, and shipping to countries outside of the United States that have not been available through The True Gem in the past. We are thrilled to expand our international services, as we see this as a big step towards connecting with our True Gem Community no matter where they are in the world!

New Services
Global-E is an international shipping and tax agency that breaks through cross-border barriers and enables global consumers to buy online with ease. We are proud to present the option for many countries outside of the U.S. to now shop our website in their native currency and to have access to a larger variety of shipping options than previously offered. This new partnership also makes available some of the most popular finance options for each qualified country.

What to Expect
The method by which taxes and duties are received and paid will vary depending upon each country’s laws and regulations. Some countries will include taxes and duties as part of the product price, some countries will present the option to add taxes and duties to the purchase, and other countries will allow for taxes and duties to be paid upon arrival of the shipment.
