We want you to feel sure about the ring you choose. On any Running Line fine jewelry, engagement ring, or center stone, you have 30 days from your delivery date to decide it's not quite right. In that window, you can choose a full remake at no penalty, or return it for your original purchase price back, as cash or store credit. Domestic shipping is refunded too. This applies to Running Line pieces; custom or modified designs work differently, so we'll walk you through what applies to yours.

It lets you put your current engagement ring, center stone, wedding band, or lifestyle piece toward any other True Gem piece, whether that's an upgrade on what you already have or something else entirely, as long as the new purchase is double or greater the amount of the trade-in credit.
