COVID 19 Update

Due to the rapid increase of COVID-19 cases in Texas and throughout the country, The True Gem has made the decision to close our showroom to the public until further notice. This decision was not made lightly, but we wholeheartedly believe it is the right thing to do, as our top priority is the health and safety of our team, families, and clients.

Appointments, Pickups And Drop Offs

Virtual consultations can be scheduled directly through our website. If you are not interested in scheduling a virtual consultation, you may instead use this link to add yourself to our waitlist for in-house appointments once they resume, though unfortunately we do not foresee the reopening of our showroom coming to fruition in the near future.

Although the majority of our team will be working remotely, we will have a small skeleton crew answering phones and operating in-house. This small crew will be available to assist with curbside pickup or drop off for local clients. We ask that you contact our team in advance to facilitate a curbside pickup or drop off. Once you have arrived, please give us a call and a team member will meet you in the downstairs lobby.

Production Time On Orders, Resizing And Repairs

Our turnaround times for new incoming orders will remain between four to six weeks. Our turnaround times for resizing and repairs will remain between seven to ten business days. You can expect email or phone communication from our team to let you know when your piece is received, as well as when to expect it back.
