Will there be other opportunities like this in 2023?
"As we get closer to holiday there will be other offerings, but I do want to be transparent about this being the biggest one that we have planned for this year, so if you are looking at purchasing an engagement ring or you've been waiting on getting your wedding bands, and you're planning to get married in the next year, this is the biggest opportunity that we have for you in 2023. In saying that, it's not to rush you or to create a false sense of urgency; we want to be able to have consistent offers from year to year, and we do have holiday coming up as well so I don't want anyone to feel pressured, but I do want to be transparent about this sale in particular being our biggest opportunity offered this year."

"We do have financing available and it will be available for you to use for the sale. We have offerings through Synchrony Bank and Klarna."
What are the turn times?
"We are offering normal turn times for this sale, but if you're looking to purchase very soon and you're concerned about getting your ring in time, I just want to encourage you to reach out to the team and let them know about your timeline. We're always going to do everything we can to make that happen for you."
What is the most exciting part about our showroom event August 12 - 13?
"One of the most exciting things about the Showroom Event that's happening in August is that our CAD team is going to be here CADing for you live. That's Computer Aided Design, and it's the first step in how we bring to life your vision and your ideas and collaborate with you to create your dream ring. So, if you're wanting a custom design or just want to make a modification to one of our rings you can actually sit down with a CAD designer and watch it come to life right in front of you. We can't wait for you to experience that!"
