Hello, True Gem Community!
Beginning Saturday, December 25th, and lasting through Sunday, January 2nd, our office and showroom will be closed as we allow our team to rest and recuperate from a busy and fulfilling year. We are sharing this information proactively knowing that many of our clients plan to purchase by the end of this year.
This year has truly been special for our company: we proudly presented multiple new design launches and further poured into our partnerships in a continued effort to give back to our communities and our planet. It is clear that the success of our business is sustained by the trust of our clients and our team’s ability and willingness to consistently give their all, and for this, we are eternally grateful.
What To Expect
Turnaround times for purchases shipping on or before 12/23 will be unaffected. Purchases made between 12/25/21 and 01/02/22 will start processing on 01/03/22. Please note that we will not be available to answer phone calls or emails during the time of our office closure. Regular office hours and operations will resume Monday, January 3rd, and at that time, we will begin returning emails and phone calls in the order in which they were received.
Although our Design Team will be unavailable to assist during our company-wide shutdown, clients will still be able to make purchases through our website. With our entire team being out of the office, our Live Chat Feature will also be disabled during this time.
True to our ethos and mission statement, we will continue to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our team, as every member of The True Gem is valued wholeheartedly. With this in mind, we are appreciative of your patience and understanding as we take this opportunity to proactively care for ourselves now, in order to best serve our clients going into the New Year!
