Your Jewelry Box is Empty
This form is used to obtain an insured shipping label that covers your jewelry under our insurance block policy. Please complete this form whenever you are sending jewelry to us fortrade-ins, upgrades, repairs, resizings, returns, or any other maintenance services.
Once your payment has been received, our Client Care team will email your insured shipping label along with a copy of your invoice to include in your package. Labels are sent to the email address provided on your form and are issued on thenext business day following payment.
Our office business days areMonday through Thursday. While our Showroom Team is available in the gallery on Fridays and Saturdays as well, shipping labels are only processed and sent during our Monday–Thursday business days.
Return labels expire within five days, and FedEx and UPS charge us for every label we generate, even if it goes unused.
If the next few days are not a convenient time for you to ship, please let us know and we will gladly coordinate a better time to send your label. We’re here to make this process as easy and seamless as possible for you.
If you are located outside of the United States, please be sure to select “International” when completing the form. This ensures the correct label and coverage are applied. If this step is missed, the appropriate international fee will be added later.
